I got an elliptical machine (crosstrainer) for my work out room, so now I have a rowingmachine,a bike,the crosstrainer, a ministepper&amp;nbsp; and som manuals. Thinking about buying a fitnessball and maybe one of those small trampolines and maybe some more manuals.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face=Arial&gt;I was doing a bit better from the ED after I had been in the psych.ward (had a mealplan and people following up during the meals and afterwards) but I have relapsed back in to my old patterns again now,I ate a lot during christmas,but now I'm eating little again. Haven't thrown up so much ,but some. I've said yes,because I understand that I need more help right now, I'll probably have days were I will regret it,but I try to think that the reasonably me knows that I need help ith my ED, and I have to get better from it before I can begin to work with my childhood traumas again. I know my psychologist wants my best,so I'm trying to follow her advices. I ate some dried fish snack after the b/p ,I had to have something in my stomach because I had to drive to the mall and sometimes I get dizzy after b/p so it was better to eat that to prevent dizzyness. I felt soooo bad because of the potatoeboats,so many carbs was my only thought about them. So I threw up the whole dinner and felt much better afterwards. Even thou I hate that the bulimia has begun to bother me again. I felt a bit lightheaded afterwards so I drank some mineralwater with different salts in it (such as natrium and so on) &lt;BR&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;FONT face=Arial&gt;I ate som pretzels and some dried fish snacks later. So I was so sure that my weight had gone up so I was relieved to see this morning that I had lost some instead! &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face=Arial&gt;I had a binge and purge episode last wednesday,I felt sooo awful,but I managed to purge it all up atleast. I had had a therapy session earlier that day and that brought up a lot of diffult feelings and stuff,so I gave in to the craving to binge and purge. Not happy about that&amp;nbsp; I've struggled with bulimia for so many years but the last couple of years I haven't been struggling so much with it but I have been eating for comfort so I gained so much weight because of that.&amp;nbsp; Think I have to talk to my psychologist about me beginning to purge again when she comes back from haveing vacation I'm seeing a psych.nurse that I know while she is on vacation, but I don't wanna talk to her about it.Just mye psychologist. But I don't want my diet to be ruined,so I'm not sure how to do this. Because some of me don&amp;#230;t want to relieve the secret of me doing some purging,because I feel I have to have the opportunity to do it if I feel I have eaten too much, and some of me knows it is not good to do and that I need help to quit. I guess I have to think about it. I have an appointment with my psychologist at wednesday morning.
